Guten Abend!
Ich heiße Cheryl.
Ich bin zwanzig Jahre alt und Ich bin Studentin an der NTU.
Vie heißen du?
Lol, basically I just greeted you guys in German! What I said was "Good evening. My name is Cheryl. I am 20 years old and I'm a student in NTU. Who are you?"
German is loads of fun, albeit a bit confusing. So many terms to learn, and it gets messy when you have to arrange everything according to the sentence structure. Also certain situations require you to use different terms and words... but it all adds the amusement.
I've attended 2 German tutorials so far and all is well, except that I'm a bit messed up on the verbs (which means I have to go and write out German notes later). My German tutor is a nice fella - he's always cracking (lame) language jokes and smiling. I wonder how he is always that cheerful...hmm...but never mind, he's married. Lol...
The rest of the tutorials, however, are a disaster! The tutors all dunno how to teach... They're either mumbling to themselves, reading off the answer sheet or staring blankly at us. I didn't know whether get frustrated or to laugh at them. ^^;
Anyways, update on other matters in my life:
1) I have not seen THAT guy for a week already... and I'm starting to forget how he looks like...
... ... ...
Noooooooooooooo!!! I don't wanna forget! Gimme back my precious memory! Or better still, gimme another chance to see him. T^T I swear, I have been trying to look out for him on the MRT for this whole week, but no luck... haiz... Akiramenai de, watashi! (sorry, haven't learnt that in German ^^)
2) I'm experimenting with making kimchi tonight. Will post the outcome soon!
3) I'm also experimenting with wearing eye make-up now. You know, the full works, eyeliner and mascara. It's loads of fun too! XD
Auf Wiedersehen!
(That means goodbye :D)
