I attempted baking the chiffon cake again. And it flowered 'beautifully' like a huat kueh - actually it's not suppose to do that but I got lazy and I crammed all the batter into this small cake pan which resulted in it being over-filled and...never mind, I should stop making excuses)
But it was success (despite its ugly appearance) and it didn't collapse like the previous 2!!! Hooray, I'm still good with the baking gods up there...somewhere. XP So that night, the whole family had fresh pandan chiffon cake for supper, yumz.
Aaaannnnnddddd to answer the question in the last post:
This is a tail.
And this is a certain sports brand's symbol.
See any similarities? So now you all know how her namesake came about! Surprise!!! XP
And since I'm on it already, I might as well exhibit the tails of the other animals in my family:
Ahhh... My pooch's tail.
And the yakuza cat's tail. She was in the litter bin, in the middle of doing her business, when I crept up on her and snapped this pic! XD
I don't have a tail (suppose that's a good thing) so I can't put any pictures up for it. But come to think of it, Nike is the only odd one out right? Ah ha ha ha!!!
