I kid you not. That was how much my Pops spent yesterday, by buying just the electronic knick-knacks for my OSIP. I seriously thought he would get slaughtered by my mom.

2 sets of web cams: $70+
I was fine with just communicating with them via the e-mail, blog and MSN but apparently, they wanted to see my face and hear my voice too. Not too thrilled with the idea since I'm not too good at face-to-face conversations, but they insisted that they'll miss me so... My father gets a kick scaring the hell outta' me with his voice blaring over my iBook's speakers. Seriously freaky, you have NO idea.

1 lap top bag: $40
I didn't ask for this too, I was fine with the whole wrap-your-labbie-in-clothes-and-underwear-till-well-protected plan but they wanted to get me one. It was a pretty awesome bag I must say though! XD

320 GB External Harddrive: $200
Now this is DA'THANG man! Woots!!! 320 GB, I wonder what I am gonna do with that much space... Probably back up all my documents and programmes. I might as well just throw in all my songs, CDs and videos...and that's still like below a 100 GB. My Western Digital rocks y'all!!! XD

And that was how the splurging went. Ohh, and we haven't even gotten the travel insurance yet... Haiz. 1 more month, wonder when my death date is...
