I have noticed:

Bargain Sale = Fighting a war

Serious! You wouldn't believe the throngs of people that were at Metro Tampines Clearance Sale ("Everything must go!"). I went there to complete my shopping list on Friday and Sunday and woah... It's like going to battle with all the aunties and ah-sos.

I had to wiggle, and squeeze and barge my way through all those squabbling, clothes-grabbing middle age women.Of course I got elbowed a few times with their incredibly knobbly bags...what kind of material do they use for those things???

And I couldn't find the undies that I needed so urgently. You think that in a mega sale you'll be able to score some cheap butt-clothes but apparently, it wasn't meant to be. All the bras and undies were all mixed up, heaped into several carts. I gave up after digging in the piles for a few minutes... Too embarrassing.

And today -Sunday- at the sale, whilst I was just nonchalantly pulling up a pair of pants to try them on, this old lady reached behind me and helped me pull them up.

Yes people, I was molested by a granny. At first chills ran up my spine as I blanked out for a while, after which I turned around immediately to confront the culprit. The old granny was grinning and she said : "Just help you pull out the back, you see! All crumpled at the back! You think I want to molest you is it?"

Err... Yes. I think you just did.

And she started pulling on all the clothes she wanted to try in front of me and went on to ask me for opinions. I was awed, in a bad way, and so my comments came out all spluttered and jumbled.

It was pretty amusing, now when I think back on it. But back then it was pretty traumatizing! XD

And oh yeah, my period came for the 2nd time this month. Someone said that I might be able to conceive twins this way, is that cool or what? Hah, Hikaru and Kaoru... Man, that's just weird!
